♥︎ I’m here to help you create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your inner world, embrace authenticity, and empower your personal growth. I understand the challenges of navigating mental health in environments where stigma and limited resources often prevent seeking help. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, cultural trauma, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals from immigrant and first-generation backgrounds in exploring their cultural identity and mental health.
✿ As an Asian American growing up in a rural town, I know firsthand the challenges of navigating mental health in environments where seeking help often carries stigma and resources are limited. I struggled to reconcile conflicting emotions about my identity, my upbringing, and the world I was raised in. This experience fuels my passion for helping others break down those barriers and find the support they need—without shame or judgment.
✤ Outside of counseling, I love exploring new foods, spending time with friends and family, traveling (or planning my next adventure), and learning to be a better bike rider. When I need a good laugh, you’ll find me sipping on boba tea and watching pug videos.
✦ If you're ready to start your journey toward healing and self-discovery, I’m here to walk alongside you.
